Sheriff's deputy, was involved in the incident which many call a riot. He was arrested for assaulting a U.S. Capitol police officer, among other charges. Following his arrest, he was convicted on all counts and pleaded guilty to an additional charge. Presently, he awaits sentencing and incarceration.
