So, as you know, I (and many other practitioners) use blood sugar regulation and anti-inflammatory nutrition to help manage endo. Today’s episode isn’t about that, but to give you context, we do this because blood sugar imbalances drive up inflammation and therefore pain, they can trigger hormonal imbalances and they can worsen fatigue.
