David Grey is a rehab and biomechanics specialist, who regularly rehabs some of the best athletes in the world.  He has delivered workshops and seminars internationally and regularly consults with top coaches & therapists to help them get even better results with their own clients.David traveled the world learning from different teachers and exploring other training methods, the majority of which he still incorporates into his own style of coaching and teaching. He lives in Waterford, Ireland, with his wife, business partner Ciara, and their dog, Roxy. When he's not working, you'll usually find him walking Roxy on the beach with a good coffee.
