Cathy is a Leadership and Performance Coach. She provides executive leadership coaching to senior leaders and teams in their organizations.  She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is certified in administering Coachability@Work® and TTI Success DISC, Driving Forces and Emotional Quotient assessments. She has a Master’s Degree in Sports Leadership from Concordia University and is a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.  She is also a Sr. Associate Director for the DeVos Sport Business Management Program at the University of Central Florida. Cathy is a former NCAA Division I Head Coach and is an entrepreneur with an extensive sports, marketing, media, teaching, & business background.
