Charlie first made a name for himself on the well-known reality TV series The Only Way is Essex, before going on to set up his own talent management agency HUGE, which represents elite boxers such as John Ryder, Conor Benn, Joe Cordina and Maisey Rose Courtney. Most recently, Charlie co-produced and co-starred in his family's first ever own reality TV series 'House of Sims', which documents the Sims family's life as they try and make it out in LA.
