Christina's Miles4kids Ipadio Update

Hey this is Christina with Running head(?). I am on vacation and I've been in Cheyenne mountain in Colorado right outside of Colorado Springs and we're unable to forecast(?) because we don't have internet. Actually we have a phone internet but we don't have wireless out here. So I wanted to update on my training which is very difficult. Been a bit trying to say active every day but it's really difficult to run out here in the mountains as the the altitude makes it very hard to breathe. There's ton of hills which I'm so not prepared for it can not run them at all it's just a nightmare for me but I decided that would go ahead and do just brisk walking so we got here Thursday and Friday I didn't exercise well so Saturday
