Welcome to Episode 11. In this two minute meditation I teach you a simple yet effective breathing technique you can do throughout your day to get instant calmness. And yes it just takes 2 minutes. In case you find it hard to follow the guided version, here is the counting for this technique: inhale for 4 counts,hold for 3 counts, exhale for 6 counts, and then hold for 2 counts and repeat 8 times(This will give you 2 minutes of breathing when you follow a 15 second cycle). You will be amazed how relaxed, refreshed and refocused you feel after only 2 minutes of breathing.
