They dig into how the programs and initiatives strengthen internal culture and raise visibility into communities, which in turn enables employees to reach their fullest potential and deliver inclusive products, services, and advice for their clients and customers. They highlight how this has addressed the barriers to opportunities and access to resources that too many of the community face.
