While we may not necessarily need these capabilities today, they do go some way toward fulfilling Tim Cook's 2019 suggestion that Apple's biggest contribution to mankind will be related to health. We then take a quick right into strap discussion, including rumors suggesting the upcoming Apple Watch Series 7 will not work with Series 6 (and older) straps and how new straps can help rekindle your interest in old watches.
