She describes herself as a fallen away Catholic who experienced a deep conversion after going on a pilgrimage to Medjugorje. This experience awakened her desire to more fully live out her Catholic faith. As a daily Adorer of Eucharistic Adoration, she received many promptings from the Holy Spirit that came to fruition throughout the Diocese of Dallas and cascading to eventually touch the lives of hundreds, if not thousands of people around the world.
