Noel Bell speaks to Robert Waggoner author of Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self. The interview took place at the Gateways to the Mind conference on lucid dreams which took place in London in November 2012. The event was held in the grand location of the Royal Geographical Society in Kensington. I started by asking Robert how he came to write his hugely influential book. Robert Waggoner was a speaker at the event and demonstrated how we can all benefit from the non-physical realities. Robert taught himself a simple technique to become consciously aware in the dream state. This took place over 30 years ago.
