Episode 189 - Resolutions are Overrated talks about the typical things that people put in place as attainable in the new year. They always fail and feel defeated because they give up. Resolutions are overrated and I share some of mine from the past and how I'm moving in the future. The glass is always half full as long as you see some progress. Sure, it will never be exactly as you envision. Sometimes you will overachieve and other times you will underachieve, but there is always some growth despite the expectations that you set for yourself.
