Police Officer's Firefighters and Paramedics are grossly under paid their equipment is outdated not in the 21st century. Rents keep going up and up and up and wages don't. People are getting charged for water trash sewer and now gas when they don't have gas in their apartments plus having to pay a third party for statement for that water,trash and sewer and now gas. This is total greed by the property management companies
