Informações:

Synopsis

Ryan Madson pitched in the big leagues from 2003-2011, in which he won a World Series in 2008 with the Phillies. After his age 30 season, he would require Tommy John Surgery and would have to try to recover from injury. Ryan wouldn't find the same success and later retired from the game. However, thanks to a former teammate and having nothing to lose, he tried a new method and it worked. Madson returned to baseball at age 34 with the Royals, winning another championship and is now in pursuit of another title with the Nationals. Talkin' Baseball's Ed Randall speaks with Ryan about his return to the bigs and his appreciation he has for the game after his brief retirement.
