Acts 13:1-12 Saul (soon to be called Paul), Barnabas, and John Mark head out on their first of three round-trip ministry journey’s through the Roman Empire. As can often be the case, setting out to do something new in the name of Jesus will bring problems, difficulty, and confrontation. But, the church is sent into the world to bring redemption. Which means when we face opposition we must do so head on for the sake of the redeeming power of the Gospel. Which is exactly what Saul does in the face of the sorcerer, Elymas, in Paphos.
