For over 40 years, AVID has dedicated itself to closing the opportunity gap and serving schools and districts by helping educators shift to a more equitable, student-centered approach. Lynn spent the first decade of her career as a high school science teacher and district mentor and has dedicated her career since to supporting educators and students through education-led nonprofits. She has a Doctorate in Education from UC Riverside with a research focus on Teacher Development and has a Master’s in Science Education from Cal State Fullerton.
