We're celebrating a conference championship on this episode of the Insider!West Virginia Rifle Coach Jon Hammond joins us to break down the Mountaineers 15th Great America Rifle Conference title and preparation for the NCAA Championships next weekend in Akron. It's the first outright title for WVU since 2019. The Mountaineers are ranked #2 in the country and will compete against perennial contenders Kentucky, Alaska-Fairbanks and TCU for a national championship.We've also got Kansas State play-by-play broadcaster Wyatt Thompson this week as the Wildcats look to spoil West Virginia Basketball's senior day. The 11th ranked Wildcats have won 4 in a row and look to complete the sweep. West Virginia and Kansas State opened their conference schedules against one another all the way back on December of 2022.
