I wanted to start off by saying that we haven't done any original research into this question of whether dentists can easily discern which people have recently given oral sex to a man. But it seems plausible, and assuming it's true, it's a pretty funny situation. It's usually the woman who has to work around men not being able to "go the distance" during sex, but what if the gender roles were reversed? How would a man tolerate a situation where the woman orgasmed very quickly and then lost all interest in sex? What is the right level of pregnancy protection? Especially if the partners trust each other? And, if they don't trust each other, does each partner need a form of protection that he or she controls?
