Merch Money

Today we get to interview Jay Bayne!  It’s hard to take notes while also asking questions so this is one show where I already know I’m going to listen to the whole thing again so I can take notes!  There is so much we can all learn from Jay!  Jay has been doing Merch part time for the last three years and is at the 100k tier with 24k live products.  He has over 50k lifetime sales and $167k lifetime royalties.  He hired two VAs to help him with designs and 1 VA to help with Merch listings.
