Aron welcomes professional CrossFit athlete Spencer Panchik to the podcast.  Spencer is an elite level athlete having competed in numerous CrossFit competitions and has recently found his way into the the world of hunting.  Aron and him talk exercise, outdoors, and his brothers who are also elite fitness athletes as well!  Great listen from these two guys!
