Mend The Vow Podcast

About a month or so I decided that I had enough, and that I was going to quiet quit my career, and just look for something else while I was gathering the ends, and outs of my exit plan. There were a lot of things going on at work that were vexing my spirit, and the lack of communication were one of them. I grew tired of not having the appropriate support from my director, and her lack of doing what she was hired to do.  I learned a lot while being in this space, and I noticed somethings that I had to change within myself in order for me to see the change in others.
