Montria Walker is a recording artist, actor, and vocal coach. She has loved performing ever since she was a little girl! She grew up in church singing in the choir but, realized in elementary school after doing her first musical there was more to her passion! She performed for various competitions and venues in the US including Winning Howard County Idol in 2013 and Silver Medalist in NAACP ACT-SO National Competition for contemporary vocals in 2016. Montria loved all styles of music and performed with an incredible jazz band, in musicals, classical music in choirs, and ofcourse her favorite R&B. She went on to college and obtained her bachelor's in Fine Arts With a Concentration in Musical Theatre at Kent State University. During that time she performed in several musicals and plays. Some of her favorites included Mayme in "Intimate Apparel," Aida in "Aida," Lorraine in "All Shook Up," and Leading Player in “Pippin.” Montria was then hand selected for “Be Terrific Tv” Rising Star Episode 4 in 2019!
