The word "more" means something in addition. When we speak of more, we usually are talking about money, cookies, or wants. Then when we get older we talk about more eyesight, more health, more warmth, or more mail-box money. Young or old, we still want more! We often forget, we serve a God of more. He desires for us He desires for us to live in His abundance. I am not speaking of all the material and physical things I mentioned earlier. I am talking about more of Jesus. We sing "More About Jesus", why do we not need more of Jesus? More of Jeus is available and a closer walk is possible. Salvation is just the beginning. Can we be honest this morning, we have as much of Jesus as we allow Him to control. We place ourselves, our self-centeredness, and even our sins to rule sometimes in our lives.
