Synopsis

It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! Today, I am sharing an exciting conversation with some producers in Jumilla, Spain Jumilla DO is located in south eastern Spain and is a supra-autonomous region. This means that it spans across two separate regions; Castilla La Mancha and Murcia. The only other two DOs that have this qualification are Rioja and Cava. The winemakers here are dedicated to sustainable farming and although there are many varieties produced in the region, Monastrell is the Queen.  Please take a moment to rate and review the podcast.
