In this episode, Tisha shares an experience that has left her with a cloud over her head for the past 2+ years. In 2019 a major event happened in her family and along with it came feelings of shame, guilt, disappointment, hurt that have taken years to move past. Through therapy, prayer, and introspection she was finally able to release these feelings that kept her in bondage. The experience silenced her voice and rocked her family but she was able to heal, grow, release and free herself from the bondage that wanted to hold her in silent captivity.
