Today we hear from Pharmacist Dr. Kelly Jones from The Pharmacy in Florence, South Carolina. Dr. Jones talks about how healthcare starts with self-care. He gives some great tips on over-the-counter items that we can use to take better care of ourselves.

Today we have Brad Martin, a independant licensed social worker for SC House Calls, and we also have Dr. Amy Holland, who happens to be Brad's mother. Dr. Holland is a Psychiatrist and has a practice called Christian Psychiatric Services in Marietta, Georgia. We discuss self-care and how important it is for caregivers to first take care of their own needs before taking care of others.
