Anurag and Varunya discuss the importance of making kindness a part of our daily lives, and the challenge of finding balance between the many hats we wear. Varunya shares her insights on how to find this balance, while at the same time avoiding burnout. She shares the experience of her 25 week awareness initiative, #Project25, where she used her art as a medium to discuss topics that are considered "taboo" in our society. Varunya Venkatesh works at The Boeing Company, and has made kindness a central part of her daily life. She is based in Dubai, and can be found spreading smiles by giving out heart-shaped pins to people she meets.

Anurag chats with Ravindra to understand what makes him a big supporter of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
