Tonight we discussed the silent war between the black woman and the black man. We looked at educational differences, environment factors, and historical elements that add to the war between the 2. We ultimately decided that the war is an illusion and that the real war is within the individual.

April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month. We are talking about sexual assault and domestic violence. Victims should be restored to greater awareness and empowerment for healing. There is a BBC Documentary on R. Kelly and his rape and sexual assault allegations! Domestic violence should NEVER happen! Victims and abusers should both receive help, healing and outlets!!!

Tonight We had our First show Guest Dr. Nik Harper to discuss her upcoming series Blueprint To Self -Mastery starting Saturday March 31, 2018 at Soultopia 3414 Midcourt Rd, Carrollton TX 75006. Classes start every Saturday at 2pm for the next 4 weeks. Each week brings a new topic looking at The Journey * Inner Divinity* Human* Raising Your Vibration. Shawn discussed the importance of giving, and Kyi followed up with the importance of allowing yourself to receive in return. We defined mastery as the process of knowing how and when to walk a balance within yourself.

This weeks episodes looks at the underworld within and it's representation in disney movies. We talked discussed , removing the fear of the unknown and going towards the things we may not more about ourselves. Kyi talked about how her perspectives on prayer, and Shawn and Kyi both left the show questioning the black communities lack of enthusiasm or support of ancestor worship.

Queen Empress Shawntell and The Cosmic Goddess Kyi talked about Labels, and all the labels that we hold in our human existance. Shawntell is a woman, feminine and a mom, and Kyi is the Am That I am. We dicussed the history of labels and how we stepped into owning labels based on our culture and societies. We even looked at the different labels that come with sexuality and gender identity. In the end we want to encourage everyone to be free within and outside of all the labels they identify with!

Oprah brought up #metoo and Kyi and Shawntell were able to share their #metoo stories from their childhood. The stories were very transparent and vulnerable. Everyone is able to heal from different modalities of therapy, counseling, reiki, journaling, speaking to friends etc. Let's heal. #metoo

Healing the Bag Lady. There are steps to healing the different emotional sides of the woman. 1. Acknowledge the triggers/ boundaries. 2. Acknowledge there's a problem. 3. Decide to fix the problem 4. Determine the Hows/ Whys. 5. Mirror Work (Determine you are part of the problem). 6. Decide to do the work 7. Actively do the work (therapist/ counselor/ psychology) 8. Commit to yourself. 9. Forgive yourself!!! Homework assignment: Write a love letter to yourself!
