Hold Up a Sec hits Boston to check the annual PAX East video game convention. This is Andrew's first time to PAX so we have to make sure to show him a good time so that he wants to come back next year. We talk about our expectations for the show in the first half of the episode in very hushed tones because there signs are posted everywhere in our AirBnB about keeping it down after 10, but our friend Knob Creek helps us forget that in the latter half of the show. The Cheep Show's very own Levi joins us for this night of gentlemanly discussion of why Jar Jar Binks ruins what many of us hoped would be totally awesome...in all fairness Darth Maul's double saber was bad ass. In thumbs up/thumbs down Berto talks Nintendo, Levi is feeling the Millennium Falcon re-design for Solo and Andrew talks wrestling because Andrew loves wrestling. We regenerate our health drinking red potion (red wine in reality) while talking about Nintendo's silent protagonist who is constantly saving Hyrule from Ganon. This is our first round table style episode where we bring back previous guest hosts to chime in on why we all love the Legend of Zelda. We also talk some Tommy Wiseau, why Triple H is the king of kings and touch on how awesome the Champion's Ballad DLC is for the greatest game ever made...fight us. Drink of choice for this episode is, obviously, a vodka martini...shaken not stirred.

Listen as Al get's called a Final Fantasy hipster because of his love for Final Fantasy 6 and Andrew tries to make us all believe that Final Fantasy XIII wasn't thaaaat bad (It's not good). This is it guys! The first ever "Hold Up a Sec" podcast and we get right into it with a a subject that, to this day, gets sci-fi fans and nerds of all walks of life up in arms. Does Han really shoot first or is that what our nostalgia wants us to see? (Ok seriously though we all know he shoots first, we see what you're doing Lucas!) What does it mean to have Han shoot first? Does it change his character at all or are we just reading too much into this? Perhaps the latter but in any case it makes for some awesome discussion.
