When we cherish the truth of all Jesus has done for us, we live free from a system, sin, and shame! With Jesus, we have purpose, and a permanence in our relationship and standing with God!

Trauma has a way of interrupting and taking over our plans. We don’t always understand the why of it all, but we can assuredly count on the same Jesus who wept and then performed miracles to also grieve with and be with us today.

Trauma compounded by failure often leaves us feeling like we’ve reached our end. But Jesus reminds us that all have failed, all can be forgiven, and all is new. God helps us get up, and go.

Trauma can raise our doubts, and it’s OK—we all doubt! Fear and doubt don’t stop God’s presence. Jesus sees us, hears us, and will provide the Divine Encourager.

Traumatic experiences can disrupt how we see ourselves and leave us asking “Who am I?” But Jesus wants to meet us and heal us. He’ll repeat our calling, redeem our places of failure, and remind us who we are.

The wisest man to ever live sheds light on the purpose of life. Every day, there can be profound meaning as you take in God’s awesomeness and take a step with him.

When storms and circumstances outside our control arise, let’s rehearse what Jesus says! We’re going to the other side, he’s with us, and he speaks to the crashing waves!

Let’s celebrate the birth of Jesus together! Wherever you are right now, God is with you. He’s behind you as your guard, beside you as your guide, and before you as your goal. Merry Christmas!

Safety is a key component to any true home. Our homes become havens—places of rest for our souls—when we cultivate an environment of protection through pondering, responding, and finding wonder.

Trust is a vital element to building a safe place of rest where we can enjoy connecting with God and each other. Jesus has a perfect track record; he’s trustworthy, and he’ll help us with surrender, submission, and signaling—three keys to building a home on trust.

God so loved the world that he came to be with us. He’s near to you, and you are loved unconditionally!

We will all fail and fall down at times, but this is not the end. A new beginning always follows complete failure, and God’s promises remain true. We can get up again.

God designed us for rest. And while we rest, he keeps working all things together for good! Rest is an act of worship that will energize our souls, so let’s prepare for times of true rest!

This world isn’t our forever home. Eternal life in Heaven awaits all who receive the free gift of salvation in Jesus. Our perspectives change as we anchor our hope to Forever.

The Bible tells the incredible love story of God for humanity. When we read and apply this miraculous book the right way, it brings life! It’s not a pick-and-choose book, it’s not a book merely for principles and promises, but it is so very personal—the Author wants to speak to each of us!

God weaves every detail of our lives together for our good, giving us strength and empowering us to live with confidence. Nothing can separate us from his passionate love!

There’s wonder in the things that don’t happen in our lives—both the good things we wish would happen and the bad things that we’re grateful don’t happen. God has a good plan for us, and in everything—even unanswered prayers—he’s working it together for good.

God is the great artist and architect of the ages, and his designs—nature and all of creation—tell us of his magnitude and majesty. Considering his handiwork helps us regain perspective and remember that we are infinitely loved and cared for.

Our whole life is a gift—the very breath of God gives us life! We become truly alive as we keep receiving life, relying on God, and recognizing that simply being is enough. You are wonderful!

When we turn a meal into Communion, we are proclaiming the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. His body was broken so we could be whole, and his blood was shed so we could be forgiven.
