Viz Media's Charlene Ingram joins Miranda, Alaina, Kallie, and Meghan this week to speculate what kind of anime would feature U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and discuss the complexities of creating box sets. The group also looks back on which '90s anime they'd like to see make a comeback and talks about how Viz is celebrating Naruto at this year's New York Comic Con.

Miranda, Alaina, Kallie, and Meghan and one of IGN's Code Foo interns, Kumaran Chanthrakumar, lament some of their most disappointing anime, discuss Shimoneta's strange cookies, and muse over Castle Town Dandelion's subtle yet enjoyable fan service. This week in the Anime Watch Party, Anime Club discusses Steins;Gate episode 4 and 5.

Miranda, Alaina, Kallie, and Meghan somehow tie in Dota 2 to anime, debate Umaru Doma’s most interesting traits, and break down some of the worst tropes and characteristics of shoujo anime. To end on a more positive note, the ladies discuss some of their favorite shoujo anime that defy some of the superficial characteristics. This week on Anime Watch Party, Anime Club goes over Steins;Gate episodes 3 and 4.

From Cowboy Bebop’s classic Tank to Attack on Titan’s epic Guren no Yumiya, Miranda, Alaina, Meghan, and Kallie talk about their favorite theme songs and what makes them worth watching. Anime Club breaks down the best kinds of theme songs, and discuss some of the best ending themes. This episode also marks the beginning of the second Anime Watch Party, featuring Steins;Gate.

Voice actor and musician Vic Mignogna (Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist, Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club) joins Miranda, Alaina, Kallie, and Meghan to discuss the difficulties of dubbing anime and what it's like to be a voice actor. Zach Ryan joins Miranda, Alaina, and Meghan in discussing a few more summer anime. We dig into what went wrong with some of the Final Fantasy movies, and how they could be better in the future. The club also talks about which JRPGs they'd like to see get an anime series. Alaina, Meghan, and Miranda are joined by IGN'sKallie Plagge to give their first impressions of a handful of summer anime, including Gangsta, Ushio and Tora, GATE, and more. Meghan talks about her time at this year's Anime Expo, and the group explains why IGN isn't reviewing Dragon Ball Super quite yet.

After a short break, IGN Anime Club is back! Alaina, Meghan, and Miranda say farewell to some of their favorite spring anime and break down the summer anime they're most looking forward to. The club discusses their favorite — and least favorite — surprise series of spring, and think on what shows they dropped that may be worth going back to. With E3 just around the corner, Miranda, Alaina, Meghan, and returning guest Jared Petty dig into some of the history of anime games, including the first American and European Dragon Ball game for the NES, and analyze how anime games are treated today. We also take a look at a few of the worst and best anime based on video games, and make a wishlist of games we wish were anime.

IGN's Brian Malkiewicz and Frank Knight join IGN Anime Club to discuss the Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, whether or not Pokemon's anime is better than Digimon, and they announce a new contest.
