Rachana’s teaching career spans 40 years and she has been  a pioneer of conscious birthing practices since the 1970's , specializing in Water Birth and Lotus Birth. Her book 'Lotus Birth' is now in it's second edition, has been translated into Italian, Polish, and Czech and is a world first publication. She is also executive director of the acclaimed DVD 'The Lotus Birth of the Malcolm Twins' and Co-author of 'The Tantric Path’.
