We talked a lot about this movie, which was a bit of a change from the usual, as well as drinking Christmas Hamm's, the third wheel, and of course, Patrick Swayze and some of his other films. We all seemed to have a really good time, and hope you do as well listening to this. Thanks and we'll see you next Wednesday.

  • Episode 80: Back to the Future Part III

    15/07/2015 Duration: 19min

We did it. We recorded episodes for the whole trilogy. Welcome back, friends. This week we completed our Back to the Future suite with Part III. Needless to say, Heather hated it. Blame was placed on Not Timothy as well as Matt Allex, we spend a fair amount of time talking about CONvergence, Edgar shared his fond choldhood memories, we both talked about the corss section of Time Travel stories and American Westerns, and Heather slows down.  Also, Heather mentioned the High Five Guys, and Edgar Apropos of Nothing. Check out one or the other, but certainly not both, if you've got more than an hour to spare and don't mind being That Guy Laughing To Themself.

  • Episode 79: Back to the Future, Part II

    08/07/2015 Duration: 28min

Ok, so we're releasing two episodes today, because we kinda skipped last week. Right now we're talking about 1989's Back to the Future, Part II. We welcome our newest listener, talk about Heather's issues with this one, the problems between the 2015 in this movie and the 2015 we live in now, how infrequently sequels are better, recasting characters for subsequent movies, and the first film's finale. Thank you again for your patience.

  • Episode 78: Back to the Future

    08/07/2015 Duration: 34min

Hey guys, sorry about the delay, it's been a long and strange time. For this episode, we watched 1985's Back to the Future, starring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd. We talked mostly about getting married and CONvergence, but also about sequels and time paradoxes. If you're interested in the podcasts we mentioned, you can also check out Geeks Without God and Apropos of Nothing (curse the French). And if you really like us, can you leave us a rating and review on iTunes, so more people can hear a married couple have a weekly argument over something trivial? Cool. Thanks.
