I recently bought a big Whiteboard to be able to draw things freely and brainstorm. In this new episode of the Productive Show I'll show you two main reasons to use a whiteboard and why and how it improves my productivity. I also mention that whenever I've drawn something in the whiteboard I take pictures of it with the Evernote app. The cool thing about it is that Nozbe syncs with Evernote so I can attach my Evernote note with whiteboard picture to a task in Nozbe as a comment. As I work mostly on my iPad now I need to have a great bag for my #iPadOnly work to fit my iPad Air, Logitech iPad Mini keyboard, stylus, ballpen, Lightning charger with cable and Lightning-HDMI adapter. This bag is called "Lacoste Crossover Slim Bag" and it's a very nice, slim and handy bag - perfect to carry my iPad Air when I'm out and about. It's already 2014 so this video is long overdue especially that I'm planing to make some changes to my home office this year but the principles stay the same and I think you'll get a great dose of inspiration from this one. I really like to have my working space neatly done and well organized and I think you can see that in my video. It's basically a sit-down desk for my traditional computer and a stand-up desk for my iPad and little else. Hope you like it! Sometimes to get a task done you need to change your mindset, change your environment, go somewhere and shut off all the distractions... A friend of mine, Augusto Pinaud is doing his GTD (Getting Things Done) Weekly Review in Starbucks Cafe and as I've been struggling with my Weekly Review I decided to give it a try and do it in Starbucks. Here's how it went.

I always wanted to go paperless but I never really took the plunge. Finally in January this year I decided to finally do it and I'm so glad I did. Now I have access to all of my documents from any device as I have everything stored in Evernote. And as Nozbe integrates with Evernote, I can also access them from within my task manager. In this episode I'll show you exactly what I did :-)
