You know, we consider ourselves professionals here in the horror game. We take our job seriously and that means sometimes looking into the belly of the beast: the most grotesque of the grotesque, things that will keep you awake at night. After a few weeks of the horror equivalent of junk food (except like, not even good junk food like Doritos, bad junk food like pizza with hot dogs in the crust), we decided to detox with a beautiful horror classic: the 1976 Brian DePalma/Stephen King film "Carrie." You know what they say about being in a hole? When you find yourself there, keep digging until you find another hole with worse acting and less plausible storylines. And that's what we did. Following up on last week's foray into the weird later additions to the "Halloween" franchise, we're talking about the 2002 film "Halloween: Resurrection."
