Yoga for the Complete Beginner is a 46 minute guided yoga class devised specifically for those that have never practiced yoga before.
The movements and postures in this session are kind and gentle to the body. They focus on correct alignment and will gently release stress and tension. The class will allow you to develop a safe and effective foundation in the practice of yoga that you can then build on.
Practise this session regularly. It may take a little time before you feel comfortable with the concept of moving slowly whilst maintaining awareness on your breath and your alignment, Yoga, when practiced this way (mindfully) brings so many benefits.
