The real principle of life, of ultimate liberation and fulfillment, is to seek first that connection within you. To begin to organize your whole life and your whole living around only one thing – to seek God consciousness, Love consciousness, connection with this Divine Spirit, this evolutionary impulse, the Real.! This inner source is Cause.  When you are one with it and are consciously connected and feeling its flow, it manifests Effect according to your Divine pattern.! The One Minute Mystic is about beginning to develop a way of life where you’re stopping on a regular basis, just for a minute, maybe even only 30 seconds, and pulling yourself out of the hypnotic spell of the world and of your own mind.  Freeing yourself from a conditioned set of programs that are constantly bombarding you to believe that if you just had more of this or less of that, you’ll be free.! We don't experience life as it is, we experience it as we are—through the filters of our perceptions. Put another way, we are hypnotized. When you're hypnotized, you see things that aren’t there and don't see things that are. If you believe there's not enough to go around, even though there may be abundance and opportunity everywhere, you will only see lack and limitation. If you believe you aren't good enough, even though you are actually an emanation of pure light, love, and life itself, you will nevertheless experience life as if you are unworthy. Right now, right where you are, your favorite music is broadcasting, and if you were to hear it, it could uplift, inspire, or motivate you. But if you’re not tuned into that station, it’s as if that music doesn’t exist. The distance between you and the manifestation of your music is not one of time or space, but frequency. When the frequencies match, the station manifests—you have a manifest-station! Just like the music, everything else you need to flourish is right where you are, but you must be attuned to it within you, so you can catch that beat of abundance, rhythm of joy, and symphony of success! The best thing about this is that it doesn’t matter what you’ve been through or what conditions you face—when you come into alignment with this sacred song within, your life must be transformed. As W. When what used to work stops working, or even gets worse, it’s often a sign that you are trying to survive, cope, or coast in a world that you have already outgrown. 

The breakup, breakdown, or failure is revealing an old story or belief system that you must let go of, in order to embrace the larger possibility that is trying to emerge.
